The Pyrolytic Oven is a room larger than 25 M3 whose walls are isolated with refractory material and whose base surface is mobile. The temperature inside is maintained at a value of about 400 ° C, thanks to blown-air burners.
The moving floor consists of a carriage that can move on a rail, while the automatic handling device opens and closes the front door and removes or introduces the carriage carrying the objects to be treated.
Inside the chamber, paint pyrolysis gases develop which, triggered by the presence of flame from the burners, keep the chamber at a constant temperature
At the same time, the gaseous products of combustion are moved to an overlying post combustor which neutralizes the emissions produced.
The Pyrolytic Oven, like the Fluid Bed, also integrates the disposal service of the relative paint in the cleaning process.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
The technology of the Pyrolytic Oven supported by sorting wagons with high load capacity is indispensable for large products and manufactured goods , made of steel or even other non-deformable metals.
The technology can also be used for the stripping of hollow bodies, such as cylinders and containers, which are not included in the fluidized bed system.
