Micro sandblasting is carried out in a hermetic chamber larger than 15 M3 whose walls are isolated with elastic material and the base similar to a hopper for the collection and recovery of the grit
Inside the chamber there are a series of turbines of adequate power that “shoot” a special and very fine grit that allows you to remove any trace of oxide or slag present on the surface in a few minutes.
The turbines are powered continuously after separation treatment from dust and slag.
The hydro-cleaning is carried out at high pressure with different types and flow rates. The diversification of the hydro-cleaning systems allows us to remove and obtain the desired finish both with very delicate materials and with coarse quantities of paint on components of the equipment of painting systems.
