The IRWIN Fluid Bed Technology was developed, designed and built internally and has benefited from improvements over time thanks to a continuous observation and application of the plants themselves. It is an almost totally automated technique, which therefore follows a standardized process and guarantees optimal results in terms of quality.
The Fluid Bed is made in a container of an approximately size of 5 M3 which is filled with sandy refractory material and brought to a temperature of about 350-400 ° C. A compression device produces and injects a thrust gas from the lower part which induces fluidization and allows the objects to be treated and immersed in the container.
On the upper surface of the container a combustion is triggered which keeps the fluid bed at temperature while at the same time the decomposition gases of the paints are emitted. A fume purification plant extracts and neutralizes the emissions produced. The Fluid Bed also integrates the disposal service of the relative paint in the cleaning process.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
The Fluid Bed is particularly effective for items, manufactured goods and other objects made of steel or even other metals which by their nature are resistant and non-deformable.
