The Chemical Reactor is made in pairs of identical containers, differentiated by types of materials to be treated, with dimensions ranging from 1 M3 – up to 20 M3, the first of which is filled with a liquid stripping solution and brought to a temperature of about 40 ° / 70 ° C, while the other is fed with running water.
A special blade device produces an internal turbulence that helps and accelerates the effectiveness of the chemical decomposition of the paint. A pumping group provides for the recirculation and renewal of the exhausted solution
An automatic loading and unloading device transfers the new objects to be treated in set times. The abatement systems are designed and built with special precautions to avoid the escape of fumes by controlling the work in safe conditions.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
The technology of the chemical bath immersion reactor is indispensable for items and manufactured goods and other objects made with those metal materials that are subject to alteration of the structure even at relatively low temperatures such as aluminum and similar.
The studies and experiments carried out so far has allowed to achieve good levels of productivity also in this section of the CSI service offer for paint stripping, without losing focus on the programs for the construction of larger and larger plants.
